Baby Quilts

The string quilt was made from precut strings and strips except for the red centers which I cut for this quilt. Since this will likely go to a baby or child, I tried to use at least a couple novelty prints in each block. 

The pink and white quilt was made from novelty squares, white squares and pink blocks which were leftover pieces from the "everything but the kitchen sink" quilt I made and is now on my bed. 

Both of these baby quilts are approx. 36 x 45". The string quilt will be donated through my quilt guild for local charities. I may keep the pink one for use as a gift in the future.
