This is the quilt block I'm presenting to my quilt guild next week. It's called Riding Star and is an 8" finished block. Making the flying geese units using the fast 4 at a time method makes this block go together quickly. In addition to the block pattern, I'm also showing and giving directions for fast geese. It's a handy method as do many quilt blocks use a flying geese unit multiple times in the block.
My completed block will be donated to the guild for use in a wounded warrior quilt.
